This little picture uses only 2 stitches: Straight stitch executed in a very free manner according to the area being worked the angles and sizing playing a major role. Stitches: Running, straight.

2 A poppy field 9 x 7cm Price £17.00 + pp £2.80 UK, Europe: £5.00 elsewhere. Delivery immediate. A poppy field full of corn and grasses as well as the poppies themselves. Stitches:french knots, straight, fly, seeding. The poppies are little bits and pieces of applied fabric in reds.

Another cornfield but with a different orientation to No 1, the sky playing a more important role. Stitches: straight executed in a variety of ways, irregular herringbone. Snippets of red fabric for some poppies.
